Beaver Meadows Visitor Center/Park Headquarters offers an auditorium, ranger talks and a bookstore so the whole family can receive information about the park in an entertaining way. The Moraine Park Museum has natural and cultural history exhibits and ranger-led programs that will be amusing for everyone. Uniquely, they also have Endovalley Picnic Area where there are fully accessible picnic tables for your family to enjoy a meal outside while taking in the amazing views.
Olympic National Park, Washington
No worries when traveling to this gorgeous landmark, it has plenty of accessible options so that everyone can enjoy the sites. This park offers trails such as: The Living Forest Trail and the Madison Falls Trail. The Living Forest takes you to a view of Peabody Creek Valley and the Madison Falls trail will take the family on a paved trail to a 60- foot high cascade. After you get done enjoying those trail adventures, the family can take a trip to Hurricane Ridge where there are more trails with great accessibility and also a great spot to view the fascinating flowers and wildlife. Finally, after a long day of hiking, the family can enjoy the remainder of the afternoon/evening at Rialto beach. This location has a short, paved trail that leads to a picnic area in the coastal forest.
